I decided to make this blog as there is very little information about Mountain Biking in Ireland on the internet and it is hard to find out about the different trails there are apart from the top ones like Ballyhoura and Ballinastoe..
I'll also include a few things I know about mountain biking like gear and good places to get bikes from and also some tips and tricks I've picked up over my time mountain biking.
